Yes, we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you're not satisfied, you can return your unworn apparel within 21 days of purchase, for store credit.

Return and Refund Policy

At Wynter Scrubs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your unworn scrubs, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy:


  • Eligibility for Returns:

                    - Returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 21 Days of Delivery.    

  • Return process:

                    - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer@wynterscrubs.com.

  • Shipping Costs: 

                  - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In that case, we will cover the return shipping. 

  • Refunds:

                  - Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days or store credit.

  • Exchanges: 

                    - If you would like to exchange your unworn apparel for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you with the exchange process. As long as items are unworn, unwashed and unused. 

  • Final Sale Items:

                    - Please note that items marked sale are not eligible for return or refund.
