To keep your Wynter Scrubs looking fresh and professional, machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach to protect the 4-way stretch and color vibrancy.
For best results and to preserve the color and satin lining, wash your scrub hat inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water.
We recommend air drying to maintain the fabric’s softness and shine. You may also tumble dry on low heat if needed.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

At Wynter Scrubs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your unworn scrubs, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy:
- Returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 Days of Delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer@wynterscrubs.com.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In that case, we will cover the return shipping.
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days or store credit.
- If you would like to exchange your unworn apparel for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you with the exchange process. As long as items are unworn, unwashed and unused.
- Please note that items marked sale are not eligible for return or refund.
